Felix apparently had the throttle stick and hit the barrier so hard he penetrated the tire wall and broke out the rebar linking the concrete sections together.

In case you can't stream it on Peacock, here it is on You Tube. Felix tweeted from the hospital that he is banged up but has NO serious injuries. Miracle.
