What's allowed & not allowed in F1 summer break.

Seems it's really only a 14 day break and not a full month shutdown as we might imagine.

Some wind tunnel testing is still allowed in full shutdown period,  :confused: but quite what is allowed is not explained in this GPBlog.com article, wonder what they can be up to that is exempt?  :DntKnw:
