The 49 is a great car. It won it' first race in '67 and it's last race as a works entry 4 years later. It isn't as ground breaking to me as it's sisters, the 25, the 72, and the 78.

I have to admit that the 49 has been my absolute favorite F1 car since I first saw pictures of it when it was released. I was in junior high school at the time.

I have too many favorite F1 cars. The Eagle 60 Matra, 71 Tyrell,
the Lotus Emerson won his WDC with, tec etc
