Slightly smaller cars

No DRS - replaced with a system that reduces drag for ALL cars on straights.  (The advantage being that reduced drag from the leading car should benefit the trailing car)

Some sort of 'push to pass' allowing extra battery usage?

Maybe the FIA should have asked the teams before unveiling this, as the regulations required?
