Is the McLaren Team Hub Haunted?

The McLaren team hub (hospitality suite and 'home base' for team personnel on the race weekend) has been catastrophically damaged twice this year, first with an electrical fire, and now flooding due to roof failure.

I know that 'these things happen' is a perfectly valid explanation, but asking if it's haunted/cursed is far more exciting.
