I haven't watched it yet but I need to before our new regime takes over. On the bright side we'll have $1 gas again, and lower food and utility bills. Yeah right

Jericoke:
I've watched three episodes so far.

Each episode focuses on a different stage of his career.  The first one is about him becoming a racer, dealing with his family and xenophobia.  The second one is about winning the F3 title and seeing him enter F1 (interesting to see Brundle as an antagonist, though he's not portrayed negatively).  Third episode is about his F1 career gaining traction with McLaren.

The show is filmed in Portuguese, and dubbed into English.  The acting and voice acting is good for what it is.  Any important figures are identified when they first come on screen.  Most of casting choices are solid and help feel like we're watching a documentary, not just a recreation.  The races are a combination of staged races, archived footage and some computer generated scenes.  It's a little jarring to see the different sources combined.  I do feel like the second episode really captures what it's like for the drivers to get into 'race mode'.  The racing itself is nowhere near as good as Ford v Ferrari, but I think it's a little better than Rush in terms of getting the 'feel', but the 'action' in Rush is more exciting.
