The point of lists like this is to have a discussion, not end debate once and for all.  (At least that should be)

There needs to be more discussion about engineers, designers, team principles.  Those are the people who make the drivers look good.

Mike Costin and Keith Duckworth made the DFV, are they the best engine makers of all time?

Adrian Newey is a living legend, is he the best designer of all time?

Ross Brawn is undefeated as a team owner, does that make him better than Enzo or Bruce or Colin Chapman?

I've never had much respect for Schumacher and while Max and Senna are ridiculously talented, their attitudes leave me cold. My top 5 is peobably:

1. Clark
2. Fangio
3. Stewart
4. Moss
5. Alonso

These lists are impossible to agree on as we all have our favourites for me it would be me!
I drove formula Ford once and I would have been brilliant in F1 but never got there.
