John S:
Nice to hear he's given up motorsport for winemaking, there's hope for all of us.
They forgot to mention his greatest F1 legacy - the 'Trulli Train'. :DD
cosworth151:
Thanks, John S! Jarno was always a favorite of mine. I've always considered the "Trulli Train" to be a badge of honor. One of the most important parts of a racer's job is not letting yourself be passed, even in a boat anchor Toyota.
Jarno was also one of my favorite parts of the USGP when it was at Indy. Seeing him roll into the Speedway on a Harley every morning was far more impressive (and fun) than of the phony flash at Miami & Vegas.
When it was announced that Haas, my current favorite F1 team, was getting tangled up with Toyota, I felt the same way I did when Jarno signed with them. :'(
