Much the same problem Toyota had with staff when they built their F1 HQ in Germany.

Still, Haas has its operations split between Kannapolis (suburban Charlette) NC and Banbury in the UK so having 2 team centers isn't unheard of.

Andretti Cadillac is planning to operate in USA, UK and Italy aren't they?

I understand wanting to go where the other teams are to get the best people, but Newey has pointed out that it's becoming a problem getting the best people.  Maybe being in other locations is an advantage.
