Certainly a lot of asterisks on that list, about teams that have become the foundation of future teams, about teams that have 'come back' in name, if not in continuous operation.

BUT, a good list.

I think that Brawn deserves to be on any such list, as the only F1 entry to win 100% of the championships they entered.

Think I would have expected Vanwall to be on that list, that team certainly is defunct.
Some of the others are still on the grid today under different ownership & name that's not strictly defunct - or is it?

I'd say new ownership, name & management means a new team. There is no way RBR is a continuation of my beloved Stewart.  ;)
