Could Max sit out F1 grid for 2026 if he quits Red Bull?

Not a bad idea really to take a sabbatical, if he's in a position to invoke performance related exit, he'll be able to see winners & losers from new engine & chassis regs.

I suspect that Max's new hobby is messing with the media, and probably the FIA.

Fatherhood might change how he wants to spend his time, and I don't blame him.

I feel like he loves to race cars, but doesn't really enjoy the entire job description of being a Formula One driver.  It would be hard for him to command the money that is rumoured AND get a Kimi style exemption from doing meet and greets.  I wonder if he'll race for less just so he can show up for track time and then go back to doing his own thing.
