Yes his sheer talent is the main force behind destroying his team mates, but it's much more complicated than that.
Ironically he  also seems to be hindering his own cars development by being able to live with a car that might be impossible to control for anyone else.

The main phrases I picked up on in the video are:-

"accidentally gaslighting the engineers". 

"with it's developments Red Bull eventually realised Verstappen's talent made the circle appear virtuous".

"Double whammy of recognising when Verstappen's skill
is accidentally misleading the team".


Max's undeniable talent may be working against his own
progress a lot of the time & not just the team.  :swoon:
