Red Bull claim Hypercar will beat F1 car at Spa, plausible or Bull Shite?

Trouble is we'll have to wait a while as they are only just starting to lay out the chassis!  :swoon: 
Any guesses when it will actually be reality - 26,27, 28.....?  :crazy:

Anyone can build a car that beats an F1 car.  F1 cars are LIMITED in power, grip, braking power, down force.

I'm sure there's a good reason there's no 'build whatever the hell car you want' series... but with F1 cost caps and safety mandates... maybe it's time for that?
