American racer Colton Herta has been named as Cadillac's F1 test driver.

Herta was rumoured to be the 'American' racer when Andretti was trying to join F1.  Herta previously raced for Andretti in IndyCar.  The Andretti IndyCar team is part of TWG Motorsport, which also owns the Cadillac F1 team.

Herta's spot at Andretti IndyCar
