They only measured the internal combustion engine, but there's still big question mark.

FIA are reluctant to publish the parameters and methodology because they say they are "wary that manufacturers could otherwise design engines to appear weaker in specific areas and thereby qualify for additional development allowances". 
HOW CONVENIENT!!!!  ;)

Maybe this is a wake up call to FORD too, if the V6 RB Powertrains lump really is the best then it puts the battery side under the microscope.
