My extended grapevine suggests that Ron doesn't approve of swearing from anyone in the team and that Hamilton always treats Ron with the utmost respect.
The informed opinion relating to the radio transmission suggests that it was 'mostly' between Hamilton and engineer but could be heard by Ron. It evidentally involved several communications along the lines of a calm voice from the engineer suggesting 'at the end of the pit lane move over and let Fernando go for a hot lap': an equally calm Hamilton voice saying 'tell him to pass me under acceleration, I don't want Kimi to pass at the same time'.
Later, a calm voice saying 'OK he was a bit slow so let him pass at the next convenient moment'.
A more rattled Hamilton voice saying 'where is he, if I go any slower I will lose tyre pressure'
Still later - 'Lewis make sure you let Alonso pass before the start line'
A more rattled Hamilton 'what is he doing he has dropped back even further'
etc., etc. until a very rattled Hamilton said 'to hell with this I'm off' Somewhere at this stage Ron cut in to the transmission and told Hamilton to defer to Alonso but Hamilton had already hit the gas.
The suggestion is that Ron remained a picture of calmness until it was clear that Hamilton couldn't go for a shot at pole. He then threw down his head set and said something along the lines that he was going to bang their heads together (obviously talking about the two drivers).
Almost everything else is complete fiction made up by the journalists who already seem to be doing to Hamilton what they always do to successful British sports stars i.e. trying to rubbish them.
