Herman Tilke will be given the job of official starter to all GPs.  Except that he will do it the old way - standing in the middle of the track with a flag in his hand.

Come to think of it, he might not last too long...

Never mind, there are plenty of other candidates that we can line up for the job, starting with Max.  Then there's Bernie, the Toad can have a go and even old Luca, although I will miss his extremely effective methods of destroying Ferrari's competitiveness by Italianising the team.  With a bit of thought, we could have a long list of incumbents, averaging about one race each...

If it is the perfect race track it needs to be designed by John Hugenholz.

Already exists - Cleveland airport CART race - and it's WILD!
