What an example to us all.  Alex Zanardi has decided to contest the New York marathon using a hand bike.

Alex Zanardi, what can you say about the man, he was likeable and had an infectious personality before his accident, now, he is all that and a pure inspiration to become a better person myself.......

Couldn't agree more - an amazing guy.  I was so terrified when he had his accident.

When I scrutineered in Champ Cars, he was the friendliest driver on the grid (Tony Kanaan and Greg Moore well worth mentioning as well), talking to everyone and anyone.  Tracy and Montoya were other animals completely, so wrapped up in themselves.

This is really impressive from Alex. I like the story of how he came to be doing the New York Marathon as well. His typical happy fighting attitude is amply demonstrated  :good:
