Rossi 95% certain to do Rally GB

Valentino has almost sealed a deal to contest Rally GB in a Prodrive Subaru.  That is worth a walk into the forests.

Wonder what the chances are of him racing for Prodrive in F1?

Valentino Rossi has done a WRC twice now (he lasted 17km in the British 2002 round and finished in a creditable 11th in last year's Rally of New Zealand). I think this is just one of those things he does to keep those competitive juices flowing through the off-season. I can't see it turning into a regular F1 drive.

Rossi had a couple of tests with ferrari earlier in the year, last year and the year before but i dont think it went to well for him.

Ferrari for some reason doesn't like
Italian drivers.May be a carryover from
when Bandini and Enzo's son in law
Scarjiotti were killed,then Enzo said
he wouldn't use Italian drivers any longer

The entry list for the RAC oops sorry we are not allowed to call it that anymore.  The entry list for Rally GB has been published and unfortunately Rossi's name is not on it.
