Cos, Caterham did indeed bring a 'Prisoner' edition of the car out. The car was introduced at the Birmingham Motor Show in 1990 and up to 2002 47 cars were built, each with a numbered plaque on the dashboard. Identifying features of the car were the yellow and green paint scheme, all red interior and 'Prisoner' 15" wheels.

For the record, the original car KAR 120C was a Lotus 7 series 2 Cosworth 1500 8)
