Well, let's just say there aren't any rouge video tapes of me floating around the internet.... or in existence for that matter...... surely that will get me over the line for the job

Rom has some of the qualifications for the job but has not claimed the willingness to sell the FIA's assets to Bernie at a 99% discount.  Do you think you could do that Rom?  It may be the clincher.

Maybe 98.9% with a 5% deacrease in discount per race until he stops the ridiculous and out of control inflation on race fees that tracks have to pay.

That's gonna be my first 'crazy' idea that I will enforce.

That's alright.... I am sure I can organise some Ferrari kickbacks.... or any other teams that want preferential treatment

That was because of the European Arrest Warrant; Max was scared that he could be arrested if a driver got killed in certain EU countries for vicarious liability or something.

That was his excuse but it doesn't make any sense because he is constantly in the EU.  Being a foreign national makes no difference.

According to Tom Rubython (big pinch of salt) Bernie made Max a one off payment of $300 million for services rendered

I'm afraid the best Super Aguri could do is a cup of the famous SA cappuccino, with the fighting star logo printed in cinnamon on the foam! ;)

From Sir Jackie Stewart:

Quote
"There's a unique opportunity for the sport to be restructured, for the FIA to be restructured," he told the Daily Telegraph.

"I believe it can't be someone from within the sport."

Sounds like Rom to me!
