i know it was a racing accident, but it still unfair that kimi gets away with it

I wonder if Kimi misses the WDC by a point or two at the end of the season will people still say he got away with it.

In all motor races there is the risk of being taken out by another car or bike, but I bet given the chance to re-run the move 90% of the offenders would change what they did to avoid the shunt. After all a shunt with another competitor mostly ruins the offenders race as well.

The uncertainty about finishing a race, whether this is caused by mechanical failure, Driver error or team shortcomings, is what makes motorsport so interesting. It also makes the Grid game tough for us as well!
