For those of you who thought that the Lamborghini Murcielago LP460 is just too déclassé, the Italian automaker has hooked up with fashion design house Versace to create upscale (!) version.
The Versace version is part of Lamborghini's "ad personam" personalization program for buyers.
Versace's designers chose a black and white color scheme for the interior. The seats are covered in leather. The instrument panel, doors and center console are also covered in leather that is embossed with the Versace logo.
For this limited-edition car, Lamborghini created a clear cover for the engine bay, giving passers-by a look at the V12.
The Versace people also designed a whole set of accessories to go with the LP460. The accessories are done in black-matte calf skin and include a brief case, suit bag, suitcase, hat, driving shoes--and a pair of jeans. The accessories will be sold in Versace stores and Lamborghini dealerships, beginning late this year.
I wonder what trendy designer has a line of custom accessories to go with my Midget?
