If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

It's always darkest before dawn. So if you're going to steal the neighbor's newspaper, that's the time to do it.

There is no dark side of the moon, it's all dark.

So when Pink Floyd called their album "Dark Side of the Moon", they were being excessively verbose? Oops!

Ian's post is part of the lyric from Dark Side of the Moon by the Floyd, it's their ironic twist to the title statement.

Most of you have probably heard this already. Start the Dark Side of the Moon album on the third roar of Leo the Lion at the start of the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. It synchs up to the movie amazingly well. Turner Network Television sometimes puts the album on the SAP audio program when they broadcast it.

If your rail replacement service has broken down before reaching you, the replacement rail replacement service is probably not going to be much good either.
