Charges against Mike Coughlan and other McLaren personell elating to the spy saga have been dropped.  In exchange for charges being dropped those involved have agreed to pay sums of money to Italian authorities.

At least it won't be like the Senna case and end up being bounced from court to court for the next decade. This was probably the most sensible course of action.

Incidentally, if you pay enough money to the court in the UK, it's possible to get civil cases dropped there as well.
