Allow Herman Tilke to design every circuit, put them on one side of the planet and schedule them for TV on the other side of the planet.

(Sorry, I guess these are already in effect)

A cat based engine could be designed, the only gas
it would use is  the small amount you pour on the
cats behind once a lap for a burst of feline boost

Political Correctness - To aid any visually impaired drivers, all flags will now be replaced by Marshall's using sign language.

Stewards to be blindfolded with earplugs throughout the race and make all post race decisions based on hearsay...oops, that's already a rule, I guess.

Many fans (and a few drivers) already use a well know form of sign language, Wizzo. ;)

Combination of several others:-
1. Single body design with large vertical Diamond TV Screen showing adverts
2. No petrol (not green and too dangerous) so all cars to be electric.
3. At each track several strips of electrical conductor to be fixed to the surface creating 'slots'. Cars to be fitted with a pivoted blade to locate in one of the slots and two electrical brushes so they make electrical contact with the stips on the circuit.
4. 'Drivers' are expensive and have opinions, therefore they are to be replaced by 12 year old children who will be given electrical speed controllers connected to the electrical strips on the circuit.
5. The system is a scaled down version of F1 and electric so the series will be called ScaledElectrics
6. The cars will be televised going around the circuit for exactly 1 hour at at time that suits TV coverage across the world and the final result will be decided 2 weeks later by the Fiddled Income Acquirers.

Comparing present day F1 with Scalectric is an insult to Scalectric.

The bikes under flood light last Sunday and Monday were just like shiny blurs. You couldn't tell one from the other. Night time GPs are the same thing. So much for helping attract casual viewers. If we can't recognise one bike from another what hope for the casuals.

To make F1 the pinnacle of televised entertainment, all F1 cars must double as wide-screen double-sided TVs and their drivers must be taken out of a pool of those who are full-time stand-up comedians during the week. In addition, all races must be held on the top 300m of mountains, whether it is actually possible to race cars up there or not.

That'll mean an end to the worry about rain holding up races Ali.  ;)

Better than at the bottom of them.  One of the reasons they ditched the idea of an F1 track in Interlaken (in the Swiss Alps) was because the venue would be half empty while most fans would watch from the nearby mountainside for free.

I think Scotty just explained why all the Tilkedromes are flat.

To add more visual interest all cars will be fitted with a handbrake and 2 handbrake turns must be performed on the warm up lap (2 so they end up facing in the right direction again). These turns will be scored for style and ability with medals awarded post race by the F1 rights holder wearing a Roman Toga.
