Liberty launches F1 simulator box in London

12 Arcade-style F1 racing simulators linked together for groups or anyone to take part in sim F1 races.

If successful we can expect these to pop up in big cities around the world, who fancies a go? Besides that no one drives the speed limit

What if they set some up in Toronto, Appalachia and connect them to UK?

Be alright for most of us Brits Dare, we're used to pushing clutches right down with our left foot in manual cars.
You Yanks with your automatic tanks will be left as back markers.  :DD

Were used to driving at higher speeds because we don't have cameras
monitoring our speeds

We had speed cameras in Tucson for awhile. Once everyone figured out where they were we just slowed in the monitored zone then sped up again. I think they still use them on the freeways in Phoenix. There was a guy up there who famously wore a gorilla mask while blasting around the ring roads at night so the cameras couldn't ID him.

The most effective anti theft device you can have on a car here in the States is a clutch pedal.

The nearby city of Newark Ohio installed speed cameras on several of the main roads into town a few years back. A boycott on shopping in Newark was quickly organized. The cameras were gone within a few weeks.

A lot of cities figured out that people slow down for speed cameras, so they started putting the cameras in school zones.  It's the only way to get people to slow down, so it worked.

The premier of Ontario declared them illegal, and forced cities to take them down.  He claimed they were a 'cash grab' (all the fines collected were reinvested in road safety).  A little digging discovered that members of his extended family and friends had received numerous fines for speeding in school zones.  Dozens.  He cancelled a functioning safety program to protect his friends who are intentionally endangering children.

Cameras in school zones sounds like a really good idea. I see people speeding through school zones almost every time I'm out on the streets.
