Force India renews partnership with Reebok
« on: May 26, 2009, 01:07:07 AM »

Fellow Force India fan Ali a,d myself were discussing no
Force India team wear this year.I ran across this tonight
and notice the date  3/26/09.So my question is where
in the blazes is our team wear >:(

   26 February 2009
Force India, the Formula One team, has renewed its partnership with sports clothing brand Reebok.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Earlier in 2008, the Formula One team signed Reebok for a one-year term.

As part of the new deal, Reebok will work as Force India's official clothing and footwear merchandising partner for the next five years.

Force India Formula One Team head - marketing Vikram Malhotra said, “ In line with our strategy to tap the youth audience, we are very pleased to partner with a strong brand like Reebok. We are excited to launch an exclusive line of apparel and accessories for Force India fans to wear and cheer their team.”

Reebok will soon launch an exclusive range of products for the Formula One team including race gear, travel gear, set-up wear and crew wear. Reebok will also have a range of clothing for consumers including shoes, socks, t-shirts and shorts.

In the first phase, the clothing range will be available in select stores in major cities. The full range will gradually be introduced in other markets as well

Mark Twain once opined, "it's easier to con someone than to convince them they've been conned."

They also kept their race numbers because merchandise was supposedly already made.

And no, a £200 replica pit crew helmet does not constitute a full merchandise range!
