Henry was killed by a flying wheel. FIA should be asking how a wheel (that should be tethered) came off so easily. Perhaps the teams should be spending more money, not reducing costs!
Regarding testing:- I'm not sure how the testing ban is applied on other levels of Motor Sport. I went to a local track for a corporate driving day and there were several F3 teams testing. I have always felt that the testing ban was ridiculous. When I rule the world, testing will be allowed but only immediately before or after a GP so it is in the open and provides spectators another opportunity to see F1 cars. Imagine being able to camp at a track from Thursday to Sunday knowing you would be seeing F1 cars everyday!
