Sorry. I like Jenson, but he made another horrible start, then did nothing in the race. I know he feels the need to be cautious and not be taken out at the first corner, but you can't give up 3 or 4 places either.
Vettel, anyone who uses the Schumacher swerve at the start gets a zero as far as I'm concerned.

Vettel's squeeze almost put Button in the wall, but as you said, he should have just powered on anyhow - lifting certainly cost him 3-4 places.

I know I'm a Jenson fan but really, he had no chance at the start. He was easily alongside Vettel but if he hadn't lifted Vettel would have put him in the wall. Also, while Vettel was concentrating on holding Button back he let Kimi get away.

Lonny, that is a great analysis of the Lewis/Rubens battle still hard to really call the outcome of what might have been, but good food for thought.  :good:

I think this is one of those races we'll all still be pondering years hence, especially as watching the race and the botched pitstop it's hard to accept Whitmarsh's comments could be right. But our eyes can sometimes deceive us.

Whitmarsh now says they called Hamilton in, then at the last minute told him to do one more lap. Lewis, however, had already commited to the pit lane before he got the word that they wanted one more. The crew was expecting him to stay out when he appeared at the pit stall, so they scrambled. I lay the blame here on whoever was calling the strategy for the race being indecisive and not making the call sooner. The crew did a good job actually in only losing 5 seconds.
