Sultan of Brunei gets most expensive haircut
« on: August 25, 2009, 06:11:28 PM »
The Sultan, known for his classy taste, has made the headlines this time around for getting world’s most expensive haircut for $21,495.

The price included a private luxury cabin on a Singapore Airlines flight from London to Brunei for his favourite barber, Ken Modestu, costing £11,000 besides hotel and luxury food.

A little known fact is that Ken works at the Dorchester Hotel in London as their resident Barber and charges £30!

It works for the Sultan though - eeee he's a good looking fella.

I'd say he got clipped, alright! The only thing I'd give a barber for a haircut like that is a lawsuit for damages!

Being a slaphead myself I have no problem with The Sultan's haircut or his barber but I am wondering why Singapore Airlines when the sultan owns his own fleet, Royal Brunei Airlines flying as the Brunei governments flag carrier.

I think paying for a haircut is a waste of good
money that's why I do my own self barbering
