Incredible to remember that drivers made all those gear changes by hand with a mechanical clutch to manhandle those F1 beasts in that era.

The helmet cam gives a much better view of what the driver actually sees.

He had the driver whether the car would have improved is
another thing. One thing what would have happened is it wouldn't
have bankrupted the Hill family. Either he didn't have insurance
or the insurance wouldn't cover the accident. Can't remember which
