Title: Tony Brooks F1 driver from golden era dies aged 90
Post by: John S on May 04, 2022, 01:36:16 PM
A competitor to Moss, Fangio and Hawthorn, Tony won 6 official F1 GPs and was runner up in 1959 WDC.

R.I.P. Tony, you survived and enjoyed a long life. Not all can say that from that era of F1, well done sir.

He was the last of a golden age, when they raced incredibly dangerous cars on absolutely deadly circuit strictly for the pure love of racing. R.I.P., Tony.
