He was being sidlined in the big Mateschitz master plan for STR to become RBR's proper embedded B team once again.
James would just end up placing goodies from Newey on new 2019 car, as and when allowed. ::)
Looks like Haas and Sauber have forced Mateschitz to re-open the can of worms over what is an individually constructed chassis. :crazy:
