Title: Ferrari's 2019 F1 fuel smells odd, according to Horner
Post by: John S on April 08, 2019, 05:25:10 PM
Now either he's got his Mondays mixed up and is playing a late April Fools, - he's mistaken their cocktail bar for the fuel dump in Bahrain's twilight, - or them Red Devils and their supplier Shell have found a new go faster ingredient.

You choose your own answer:-

Of course Horner could just have had one too many juices himself.  :tease:

Oddly, before the comment about Grapefruit Juice, I was imagining a Ferrari smelling of Piña Colada, it would fit in with Vettel's tash  :D

Only fools and prancing horses.

Maybe he can give us a rundown on each team’s fuel aromas.

Mercedes smells like Bratwurst.  Racing Point smells like Maple Syrup.  Renault smells like baguette.

Williams has the aroma of a burnt dinner, a sad reminder of what was supposed to be a delicious feast  :(

Normally when someone is spouting crazy ideas we'll say "what are they sniffing?"

Usually it's meant as a rhetorical question without an answer...

I wonder if Christian shared this with Geri, early in their relationship .... "Well Geri my Lovely Fluffy Button!! ... it is said that one of the reasons for the ladies being attracted to me, is my talent in sniffing odd chemicals!! .. not so much with Old Spices, but give me an old can of fuel and I'll rock your world!!!!!"

Best Regards,
Cal :)

Maybe the headline should have been "Horner says Ferrari has Gas & It Stinks."

Did he check to see if the Ferrari had one of those little, flat Christmas trees hanging from the Halo bar?

Well, maybe if Ferrari signed up Mr Stroll, they could go with "Flat-U"-Lance" .... sorry folks, best I could come up with on word play at short notice!

Best Regards,
Cal :)

Yes Dare I do. For the following reasons;

I support British drivers and teams. Ferrari are neither and haven't had one since Irvine ( I know he is Irish) who I hated too.

Secondly, being a Hamilton fan, why would I support his rivals??

Thirdly, they always, always seem to cheat and bend the rules

Lastly, Schumacher. Need I say more as a British fan??

Hate is a big word

Actually it is a small word, in this case used as a verb, with strong meaning.

It is also a clever word that can act in many different ways.

Simple word when a better explanation cannot be found.

I can see what Wizzo meant in his post last week about members being childish, I am starting to get that vibe.

I'm not the one carrying this on, you are. All I had was an opinion I backed up about Ferrari. So I question who the child is.
