Hello from Canada
« on: March 15, 2010, 06:09:13 PM »
Belated greetings from Vancouver Island in Canada! I've already done the first week of the Grid Game.

And on a side note, can I just say you guys have the best Pit Babes......ever?   :o

Cheers

Welcome aboard.

Did you follow Greg Moore's career at all?  I was so sure he'd end up in F1 someday.

Hiya CD, welcome to the top site. Yup, Wiz's Pit Babes are the best in the world too.

Yes, truly tragic. I can recall with almost photo realism exactly where I was and what what going on around me when he died. Watching the race live, I startled my wife who was in our newly born daughters room with my exclamation of shock, because right then and there, I knew you don't survive a crash like that. He gave us all a real thrill watching him race in his brief career. Being from Vancouver, it was even more special.

A big welcome to you Canada Darrell, glad you find our humble site interesting. Make sure you stick around and join in the fun.

The grid girls were painstakingly researched by myself - I asked for help from the lads but would you believe it, none of them was interested!

I used to follow American racing too, a sad loss to Motor racing and a horrific accident.

Welcome to the site CD.
