Title: Ferrari likely to debut B spec SF1000 at first F1 race in Austria

Seems like the Reds are going to roll the dice in Spielberg with a 2nd gen of the car seen at Barcelona tests. Will other teams be as bold with upgrades?

It's a short season, the champion is going to have to take risks, so I doubt they're the only ones who will.

Of course, Ferrari has spent the last 10+ years zigging when they should have zagged, so, whichever car they run, the other one was probably the better choice.
