Title: Ferrari to replace decade old ‘The Spider’ F1 simulator before budget cap bites

Guess we'll see other big outfits escalating the arms race with plenty of capital expenditure ahead of the proposed budget cap.
Not so much a level playing field then as a lessening incline for challenger teams.  ::)

There are always ways to get around spending caps. Just ask the New York Yankees.
