Lewis
No surprise as he is the most talented of the field and can call upon skills when required that no other driver has, or has in the current car they drive.
Max
He had a fantastic start and scampered away easily. He is getting better each race and will be world champ one day soon.
Charles
He managed to bring the red car home with no issues at the pointy end. Nice to see as he is a good driver and will only get better.

Losers

Bottas
Are you kidding me?? You held up Lewis and knew he was racing for the win. A childish move that should get him tossed. George has shown you that he can make you look foolish in the same car so why are you risking your seat due to ego.
Mazepin
Get this kid out and back to lower classes so can get some more experience. How can he not know what blue flags are? And was HASS on the radio to him as they should have been about the car trying to lap him?
Red Bull
Max's pitstop time.

I think Bottas sealed his fate today when he didn't let Lewis past, in fact slowing him up by over a second. It's a good thing it didn't change the outcome of the race. I get that Valterie is a racer and wants to fight for the win every time, but, shouldn't you be a team player first?

Following Rush and Ford vs Ferrari, another new racing biopic movie is in the works.

Hillary Swank is going to play Janet Guthrie in the movie Speed Girl, based on the book of the same name. Guthrie was the first woman to race in both the Indy 500 and the Daytona 500. She also scored class wins twice in the 12 Hours of Sebring.

This looks like it could be a good one.

Heroes:

Lewis Hamilton.  He's been in the dominant car for so long, it's easy to overlook just how good his racecraft is.  He was caught out on the safety car restart, but he put in perfect passes on Max and Bottas.

Alonso.  A world champion trapped in a midfield car.  He's got the skills, but doesn't feel like he's always applying them.

Ricciardo.  Starting low in the grid and getting points is great.

Norris.  Solid race weekend.  'Best of the rest' is third over all in points.

Schumacher.  Finishing better than second last in a VF-21 is worthy of admiration.

Zeroes:

Aston Martin.  How have they gotten so bad so fast?  They have good drivers.  They have solid financial backing.  Has Perez put some sort of Aztec curse on them?

Max.  Give the boy a colouring book so he can learn to stay between the lines.  We're expecting the championship to come to the wire, he can't keep throwing away points.

Bottas.
Bottas:  "Yay, I'm at the big boy table!"
Max/Lewis:  "LOL, no, you're not"

Mazepin.  Dead last, but sure, let's try to take out the race leader.  Most of the time 'dangerous' drivers are taking risks, stupid risks perhaps, but at least fighting for points/position.  Mazepin does not have the situational awareness required to race safely in F1.  That's not something that can be learned on the job.

I've told my daughter Angie that this is what I want for Fathers Day this year.  ;)

Bailey Cars is building a replica Porsche 917K. It uses a 964-sourced Porsche flat 6. And it's a steal at only $240,000.

Oh, and Angie, I want mine in Gulf blue & orange.

Danny Ric & Lando say nay, but many have.  :swoon:

Thought of making this a general vote in a poll, but that's probably taking the p*ss.  ;)

Plus $100k per wrecked car, or more if they can show higher costs.

Kinda makes sense now that Wolff was sounding off about 'Million Pound' repair for the wrecked Merc. Seems he's trying to establish a high base figure in the mind of the auditors - ah but will they be fooled.  :D

Warning - you'll need to read past the arcane legal language from F1 rule book in the pitpass piece to get to the nitty gritty.
