If you were a race fan here in the States from the mid 60's through the mid 80's, you probably remember Linda Vaughn. She was "Miss Hurst Golden Shifter," and made appearances at just about every kind of racing and car shows. There were more posters of her around than there were of Farrah Fawcett.
She is recovering from surgery to remove a heart blockage.
Get well soon, Linda.

Well, you can see her obvious assets, but she lasted such a long time because she was a true race fan and very knowledgeable about all aspects of racing.
