It looks like Audi is a good company to work for; they have made massive profits in the last fiscal year and have decided to share 222 million euros with its 45,000 employees via Audi’s extended employee profit sharing plan. This means the average autoworker will get a 5,300 euro bonus (about $8,138).
Its nice to see a company sharing when times are good, in fact that’s 43% more than the bonuses they gave out the year before.
