Title: Gutierrez Comfirmed at Sauber

Esteban Gutierrez is set to be confirmed this week for the second Sauber seat. He will be teamed up with Adrian Sutil.

Gutierrez was thought to be out of the running for the seat. It looks like Carlos Sim's opened his wallet again.

He performed solidly enough to get a second chance.  Cash or no cash he'll need to up his game this year though.  How he compares to Sutil will be a good indicator as to how much he has improved.  If Gutierrez wants to stay in Formula 1, he'll need to beat the German consistently.
