Title: Ferrari Tell Alonso to Shut Up on Twitter
Post by: cosworth151 on December 02, 2013, 02:48:48 PM
Ferrari has told Fernando Alonso not to tweet about the team. Luca di Montezemolo told Italian TV, "Although Alonso, like anyone else, can write on Twitter what he wants, everything concerning Ferrari will be communicated by Ferrari."

Makes me wonder that Ferrari didn't hire Kimi for his driving, but rather he's the only driver on the grid who prefers to keep his mouth shut.

Relationship straining in the process of its budding days. Surely this will end up by the end of 2014 and it will be ugly.

A messy, expensive and ugly divorce.

Past Ferrari radio call:

"Felipe, Alonso is faster then you!"

Future Ferrari radio call:

"Fernando, STFU!"

Fernando: Considered word or two to the boss to make a point? No! I'm gonna tweet it instead - brilliant idea!

Luca: Considered word or two to my driver to make a point? No! I'm gonna go public instead - brilliant idea!

Made for each other, but as some of you already suspect, maybe not for long. I was thinking that Kimi would be the one to go first - he won't take any crap from fernando or Ferrari. Maybe they'll be minus two for drivers before the end of the season. Hang in there Hulk, there's a car or two comin' up for grabs.

Quite standard contractual terms, most of us who work for someone else are not allowed to make derogatory remarks about our employer in a public domain. Why should it be any different just because you earn $20mil.  :D

But this time it wasn't derogatory, he was actually supporting Ferrari's effort for next year.   :DntKnw: :DntKnw:

Luca's a doorknob (which is why he will likely be the next President of Italy).   |-( |-( |-(

I've read a couple of op/eds that feel Luca's star is fading.  :DntKnw: :DntKnw:
