Title: Hunting trip

Vinny and Sal are out in the woods hunting when suddenly Sal grabs his chest and falls to the ground. He doesn’t seem to be breathing; his eyes are rolled back in his head.

Vinny whips out his cell phone and calls 911. He tells the operator, "I think Sal is dead! What should I do?

The operator, in a calm soothing voice says, "Just take it easy and follow my instructions. First, let's make sure he's dead.”

There is silence. And then a gunshot is heard.

Vinny's voice comes back on the line,

“Okay... Now what? ”

Wait... is this how Williams' engineering is working?

"Hey Claire, I'm not sure if the aero is working"

"Well, let's make sure it's not working before we do anything"

"Okay, I'll get my hammer"

But nah Jeri, you're confusing Williams and McLaren.  ;)

McLaren had to reorganise because they'd become overly corporate in structure and thinking, this can lead to the I'll take the hammer approach - hey maybe it did.  :DntKnw:

Williams' woes seem to come from not being corporate enough for the leader of the Tech side.  ::)
No amount of hammering from the worker ants can make up for no workable design or leadership from the top.  :(
