That's what I'm reading into this. I hope so, I hate the "Fire the coach" mentality.

The NBC guys were saying today that Marchionne should ease up and let everyone go about their business without all the pressure. That all the management changes so far haven't really improved the team; they're still battling Red Bull for second place. And last, that the skill set of a good production or sales manager are not the same as a good F1 manager. Sounds about right to me.

I think Ferrari is doing well to be fighting for second place this season. The team needs a bit of stability at the top.
Last week, at Spa, Will Buxton mentioned that there was talk around the paddock referring to Maurizio Arrivabene as Maurizio Arrivederci. I hope he gets another season to continue Ferrari's turn around.

All things considered I think he's doing a great job.The other night
when I heard the new on the radio that another F1 driver had retired I
was afraid it was Kimi
