General F1 Discussion / Re: Trump at the Miami GP

That's no surprise at all. I've lost my respect for
Lando now. I'd pay a dollar to see trump try to
get in a F1 car.

From what I have read McLaren had no choice and LN was polite which he is paid to be.

I doubt Lando had any say in the matter. I'm sure that Liberty  made a point of having "The Biggest Loser" next to whoever won the race. Just like they used to make sure Putin got maximum exposure at the old Sochi circuit.

I guess trump can add this F1 win to all his Club Golf Championships he's won.

I don't mind a bit Dare, it gave me a lucky break like Lando got with the S/C and I move to the top step this race just like him.  :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

I'm surprised your surprised Dare, Lando comes from a wealthy family. Think his Dad made his money pile in finance & investment, probably a right wing voter if not supporter in Britain.

His money got Lando thru lower categories then an F1 start, mind you Lando had to do the talent bit, but like most in f1 now it's immersion in racing since knee high to a grass hopper that helps.

Sainz was dropped tp 5th and Sergio moved
to 4th. Results in GG have been changed and
no trump didn't take  credit for this

I figured Liberty would find a way to feature him. They started out creating far right cable networks like the old Faith & Values Channel.

Maybe I was hasty in not giving trump credit. Beating
Max so soundly makes he wonder if the race wasn't fixed
