It was a toss up between Cevert's Tyrell and EF's
Lotus.I feel the Lotus was one of the most beautiful
f1 car so I went with it.Too bad the 69 Matra wasn't there

My favorite F1 car has two pix in the list, Jochen Rindt at 14 and Graham Hill at 21. Both in the same paint. The Lotus-Cosworth-Ford 49! I'd have preferred the 1967 version in British Racing Green and yellow without the wings or adverts. I went with 21 because I liked the pix better. I'd have to give honorable mention to 28 (Dan Gurney's Gurney-Westlake) and 33 (Phil Hill's Sharknose Ferrari)

You should have looked at number 5 on the list if you wanted a Lotus with the full BRG paint finish. ;)

I think the 25 is better looking than the 49, it was the first monocoque construction F1 car and changed the possibilities forever. It was probably the last of the true Chapman designs as others started to get more involved in the designs from 1964. Plus it's got Jim sitting in it. :yahoo:

Right paint, wrong car. Clark is shown in a Lotus 25 with a Coventry Climax engine, the car he won the 1963 WDC with. I was looking for a Lotus 49 Cosworth.

The 25 was a pretty car, but I like the engine in the 49 much better!  :yahoo:

I picked 22 the 2007 Ferrari in that nice metallic red colour. 8)

My fave pic is 11, the sparking Nigel Mansell Williams Renault.

That's precisely why I voted for number 5, the Lotus 25 is a gem! :good:
