Title: FOM puts F1 trademarks back on the aggenda

Legalise guidelines popped up on F1.com in last days.  :swoon:

So every journo has to use F1™, Formula One™ or add ™ to any prescribed word from a list of nine when filing a story.  :crazy: 

Do we think it will stick,  :DntKnw: - or will the press boys just ignore en masse? ;)

Just before Wizzo gets all hot and sweaty this exemption for social media should apply to us:-   

Social media and Mobile Services

Our Permitted Word Marks can be used editorially on social media platforms and on mobile services such as SMS so long as the use is to inform or report and not to brand.

GRAND PRIX™? I wonder how they feel about the upcoming Grand Prix of Indianapolis. Does that mean that GM will have to send someone out to pry the name plates off of all those Pontiac Grand Prixs out there?

They've been called that since 1987 ? But you got slammed for F1Wizard in 2006/7 didn't you Wiz, where's the justice in that. Could it possibly be that Shell(Ferrari) is involved ?
