Title: Who'll partner Kvyat in Austin?

I guess we all assumed it would be Gasly with Sainz jumping over to Renault but it may not be the case apparently.

It is entirely plausible that Sebastien Buemi would be, as he's the only eligible Red Bull driver not already in a seat.

Brendon Hartley, a Kiwi, has quite a CV mainly in WEC and sportscars and was RB & TR reserve driver in 2009/10 and at 27 should have the experience to do a good job.
