Williams Formula One chief race engineer Xevi Pujolar is quitting the team to join Scuderia Toro Rosso. This could be to open that spot up at Williams so that Rob Smedley can follow Massa over from Ferarri.
I think it would certainly ease Massa's transition to have his long-time engineer with him. Smedley would also be a big boost to the blue cars.

I'd like to see Smedley make the move to Williams. He has a very good relationship with Massa, and will have plenty of experience which he could add to Williams senior engineering team. I'm sure that there are probably negotiations going on as we discuss this.
